Circuit Training
Circuit training is a type of training that involves alternating up to 10 exercises that target different muscle groups. With circuit training, you will complete each set of exercises in a specific number of repetitions or time. You’ll then move on to another set of exercises for the same number of reps or time with little or no rest in between, which can help improve your body form by building muscle and losing fat. Because the exercise rotation is relatively quick, an entire circuit training session can usually be completed in as little as 45 minutes. It is a flexible and special form of exercise that you can adapt in various ways according to your personal preferences.
